The cover for Marie Benedict’s new novel, Daughter of Egypt, was revealed in an exclusive People Magazine article.
Daughter of Egypt, out March 24th 2026, is set in 1920’s London and centers Lady Evelyn Herbert, the daughter of George Herbert, 5th Earl of Carnarvon. George was best known for discovering the tomb of Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun, alongside the archaeologist Howard Carter, but the expedition likely wouldn’t have been possible without Evelyn’s help.
