Free event with Patrick Bringley
The National Gallery of Art will be hosting a free event with award winning author and former museum guard, Patrick Bringley. He will discuss his memoir, All the Beauty in the World: The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Me. The book is a portrait of a great museum, its hidden treasures, and the people who make it tick, by one of its most intimate observers.
The event will be held:

Patrick has recently been honored to win the Marfield Prize, a national award for arts writing presented by the Arts Club of Washington, and was a finalist for the Gotham Prize in NYC.
